Thursday 19th October - exercise on Mary Untier of Knots. Passed a ball of wool to random people and then tied a knot to our fingers while naming things that cause anxiety and stress.

Thursday 8th November - watched a video called Breathe in Suimheanis.
Wednesday 15th November - went to Suimheanis and prayed for the people who have died in our families. Also chatted together for the last few minutes of class.

Monday 20th November - went to Suaimhnis. Learned about Jewish traditions by watching extracts from Fiddler on the Roof.
Monday 27th November - went to Suaimhnis. Did an activity using photos to express our experience of TY so far and how we would achieve different things in our TY year.
